上海花博会期间G40长江隧桥段交通管控方案后评估及优化建议

摘　　要：上海长江隧桥的“逢节必堵”已成为G40沪陕高速上海段的通行顽症。第十届花博会期间,交通管理部门针对不同车型,采取了临时限行管控措施,成功调控了出行需求,有效遏制了严重拥堵的发生。现对花博会期间的临时交通管控方案进行后评估,并提出相关优化建议,以期能缓解G40沪陕高速上海段的拥堵情况。Frequent congestion during holidays has long plagued the Shanghai segment of the G40 Shanghai–Shanxi Expressway,particularly at the Yangtze River Tunnel and Bridge.During the 10th Flower Expo,traffic management departments adopted temporary traffic control measures for different types of vehicles,successfully regulating travel demand and effectively curbing the occurrence of serious congestion.This paper evaluates the temporary control scheme during the Flower Expo,and put forward relevant optimization suggestions in order to alleviate the congestion of G40.
