摘  要:肿瘤微环境是恶性肿瘤发生过程中的内在环境,其中肿瘤相关巨噬细胞作为最丰富的免疫细胞之一,约占免疫细胞总数的50%以上,分为具有抗肿瘤活性的M1型和促进肿瘤生长的M2型。肿瘤相关巨噬细胞的浸润与骨肉瘤的转移及生长密切相关。本文综述了肿瘤相关巨噬细胞在骨肉瘤中的作用机制,指出其通过表观遗传学机制、血管生成及肿瘤免疫逃逸等途径促进肿瘤的增殖、侵袭、转移及耐药,并总结了中医药通过调节肿瘤相关巨噬细胞表型逆转的潜在靶点.The tumor microenvironment is the intrinsic environment during the development of malignant tumors.Among its components,tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)are one of the most abundant immune cells,constituting over 50%of the total immune cell population.TAMs can be classified into M1 type with anti-tumor activity and M2 type that promotes tumor growth.The infiltration of TAMs is closely related to the metastasis and growth of osteosarcoma(OS).This article reviews the mechanisms by which TAMs contribute to OS,highlighting their roles in promoting tumor proliferation,invasion,metastasis,and resistance through epigenetic mechanisms,angiogenesis,and tumor immune evasion.Additionally,it summarizes potential targets for the reversal of TAM phenotypes through traditional Chinese medicine,aiming to provide new strategies for OS treatment.
