摘  要:“汽轮机课程设计”是通过汽轮机的热力设计提升学生工程实践能力的教学过程。以往“汽轮机课程设计”经历了由手算向电算的转变过程,但依然存在设计质量不高、进度卡滞等问题。为了改善教学效果,本文基于Python Flask轻量化网络框架技术,结合math浮点运算、pyXSteam水蒸气函数和MathJax网页矢量公式设计了一套在线验证程序。该程序具有编制简单、结构清晰、由个人维护和升级的特点,通过引入该程序,可以有效地避免学生在设计中的计算方向错误,起到加快设计进度、加深学生对设计内容理解和运用的作用。Steam turbine course design is a teaching process to improve students'engineering practice ability through steam turbine thermodynamic design.In the past,the course design of steam turbine has experienced the transformation process from manual calculation to computer calculation,but there are still some problems such as low design quality and delay in progress.In order to improve the teaching effect,this paper designs a set of online verification program based on the Python Flask lightweight network framework technology,combined with math floating point operation,pyXSteam function and MathJax web vector formula.The program has the characteristics of simple preparation,clear structure,maintenance and upgrade by individuals.Through the introduction of this program,students can effectively avoid the wrong calculation direction in the design,accelerate the design progress,and deepen the students'understanding and application of the design content.
