摘　　要：社区是家庭生活的重要场所,是推进构建覆盖城乡家庭教育指导服务体系建设的重要阵地。浙江省连续多年开展社区家庭教育指导服务体系标准化建设试点工作,成效显著,各试点县(市、区)、试点社区(村)家庭教育指导服务体制机制基本建立,各项工作进展明显。基于实践探索、经验总结与深入研究,结合浙江省情,课题组提出建立完善组织管理机制、部门协同机制、阵地经费保障机制、人才队伍培养机制、课程研发机制、考评激励机制和数字化建设机制的发展策略,为县域推进社区家庭教育指导服务工作提供相关参考和借鉴。The community serves as the primary hub for family life and plays a crucial role in promoting the establishment of a comprehensive family education guidance service system that caters to both urban and rural areas.In Zhejiang Province,pilot projects have been implemented over the years to standardize community-based family education guidance services,yielding significant outcomes.Fundamental systems and mechanisms for family education guidance services have been put in place in various pilot counties,cities,districts,and communities,showcasing progress across different initiatives.Drawing on practical experience,thorough research,and a comprehensive understanding of the local context in Zhejiang Province,the research team has put forth development strategies aimed at enhancing organizational management mechanisms,fostering inter-departmental collaboration,securing funding for service facilities,enhancing talent development,curriculum design,evaluation and incentive structures,and digital infrastructure.These strategies offer valuable insights and guidance for advancing community-based family education guidance services in counties.
