摘 要:在新文科建设的时代背景下,法律实验教学的重要性日益凸显。将法律实验教学与新文科建设理念予以深度契合,是法律专业实践性的客观需求,也是突破法学教学模式瓶颈的有效方式。法律实验教学通过让学生亲历法律实践,可有效提升其解决实际法律问题的能力。但从各校法律实验教学的实践来看,存在观念上忽视法律实验教学、实验室硬件和软件建设滞后、法律实验教学体系缺乏、法学院与法检等实务部门合作不足等问题。从法律实验教学的未来发展来看,需要确立实验教学和传统教学并重的教学理念,打造新型的法律实验教学实验室,建设完善的法律实验教学体系,并促进实验教学与司法实践的充分衔接。In the context of new humanities and social sciences construction, the importance of experimental legal teaching is be⁃ coming increasingly prominent. Aligning intrinsically with the concept of new humanities and social sciences, experimental legal teaching reflects the practical nature of law major and offers one feasibility to overcome the limitations of traditional le⁃ gal education. It engages the students more deeply in legal practice to enhance their competence to address practical legal challenges. Nevertheless, its practices at various institutions have disclosed some problems, such as inadequate emphasis on experimental legal teaching, outdated lab facilities, incomplete experimental curriculum, and poor collaboration with ju⁃ diciary departments. To advance experimental legal teaching further, there is a need to prioritize it alongside traditional teaching, innovate its special laboratories, improve its teaching curriculum and ensure its full relevance to judicial practice.
