摘　　要：随着高等学校的改革发展,学生公寓管理工作值得关注。结合云南省某高校学生公寓管理现状分析可知,目前我国高等学校学生公寓工作存在一些问题,如员工流动性大、整体素质不高,学生安全意识淡薄,安全事件时有发生,缺乏有效的管理措施,学生公寓的服务与学生对美好生活的需求有差距。实施学生公寓6T实务管理后,员工队伍稳定、素质普遍提高,有效防范和化解各类风险,实现学生公寓由单一公寓向综合社区转变,提升学生公寓的管理水平和服务质量,满足学生多样化、个性化校园生活需求。With the reform and development of higher education institutions,the management of student dormitories has garnered increasing attention.An analysis of the current state of student dormitory management in a university in Yunnan Province reveals several challenges:high staff turnover,generally low overall quality of personnel,weak student safety awareness,frequent safety incidents,and a lack of effective management measures.Additionally,the services provided by student dormitories often fail to meet students' needs for a better quality of life.Implementing the 6T practical management approach in student dormitories leads to more stable staff teams with improved overall quality,effectively mitigates and resolves various risks,and facilitates the transformation of dormitories from single-purpose accommodations into comprehensive communities.This enhances the management level and service quality of student dormitories,meeting students' diverse and personalized campus life demands.
