摘　　要：妊娠期龈炎一直是妊娠期妇女的常见病、多发病。妊娠时期作为女性特殊的生理时期,故妊娠期龈炎的临床治疗受到诸多限制。且随着国家生育政策的调整,高龄产妇的比例攀升,同时,孕前的口腔预防并不完善,缺乏正确的口腔保健常识等因素导致妊娠期龈炎的发病率越来越高。妊娠期龈炎的发生很有可能会导致不良妊娠结局。文章拟从临床治疗妊娠期龈炎出发,阐述目前妊娠期龈炎临床治疗研究进展。Pregnancy gingivitis has always been a common and frequently occurring disease in pregnant women.Pregnancy is a special physiological period for women,so the clinical treatment of pregnancy gingivitis is subject to many restrictions.With the adjustment of the national fertility policy,the proportion of older mothers has increased.At the same time,oral prevention before pregnancy is not perfect,and the lack of correct oral health knowledge has led to an increasing incidence of pregnancy gingivitis.The occurrence of pregnancy gingivitis is likely to lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes.This article intends to start from the clinical treatment of pregnancy gingivitis and explain the current research progress in the clinical treatment of pregnancy gingivitis.
