摘  要:协同育人管理衔接,乃是思政课程与课程思政一体化建设中,促使各要素达成连续性和有序化状态的重要保证。它也是破解高校思想政治教育协同育人制约因素、践行立德树人根本任务、落实“三全育人”思政格局、提升思想政治教育质量以及培养时代新人的客观需求。高校为加强思政课程与课程思政协同育人管理衔接机制建设,需大力加强协同育人管理衔接组织机制、工作机制以及保障机制建设,以推动协同育人稳步向前发展。The joint management of collaborative education is a guarantee of continuity and order-liness of the elements in the integrated construction of the ideological and political courses and the cur-riculum ideology and politics,and it is also an objective need to crack the constraints of collaborative ed-ucation in ideological and political education in colleges and universities,to realize the fundamental task of cultivating morality,to carry out the pattern of the three-pronged cultivation of talents in ideolo-gy and politics,to improve the quality of ideological and political education and to cultivate talents adapted to the era.Strengthening the construction of the joint management mechanism of the college and university ideological and political curriculum and the course of ideological and political should en-hance the construction of organizational mechanism,working mechanism and guarantee mechanism to promote the steady development of synergistic education.
