摘 要:学习兴趣在学生的学习旅程中扮演着至关重要的角色,它不仅深刻影响着学生学习动机的激发,还直接关联到学习效率的高低。文章以安徽师范大学皖江学院为例,从管理学课程的学习现状调查分析为出发点,探究提升学生学习兴趣度的有效途径。调查发现,当前管理学课程学习中普遍存在学生对专业理解程度不高、目标不明确、环境适应能力较差、学习兴趣度较低等问题。通过深入剖析大学生学习兴趣缺失的根源,并基于管理学的激励理论框架,提出了一系列创新性的解决方案,旨在充分激发学生的内在学习动力,挖掘其学习潜能,最终实现学生综合素质与专业技能的双重提升。Learning interest plays a crucial role in the learning journey of students, which not only deeply affects the stimulation of their learning motivation, but also directly relates to the level of learning efficiency. The article takes Wanjiang College of Anhui Normal University as an example, starting from a survey and analysis of the learning status of management courses, to explore effective ways to enhance students' interest in learning. According to the survey, there are generally problems in the current management course learning, such as low understanding of the major, unclear goals, poor adaptability to the environment, and low interest in learning. By deeply analyzing the root causes of the lack of interest in learning among college students and based on the motivation theory framework, a series of innovative solutions have been proposed, aiming to fully stimulate students' internal learning motivation, tap into their learning potential, and ultimately achieve a dual improvement in their comprehensive quality and professional skills.
