不同栽培年限甘草不同生育期茎叶生物量和营养品质动态研究  

Studies on the Dynamics of Stem and Leaf Biomass and Nutritional Quality of Licorice with Different Cultivation Years at Different Growth Periods

摘　　要：为了掌握种植年限和生育期变化对栽培甘草地上部分的生长、草产量和营养成分的影响,选用栽培二年、三年、四年、五年的甘草,分别于营养生长期、现蕾期、初花期、盛花期、结荚期、枯黄期测定其生长、产量和营养成分等指标。结果表明,甘草的株高、茎粗和干草产量随种植年限的增加而增加,栽培第三年、四年、五年的甘草在结荚期干草产量较栽培第二年的分别增加26.55%、37.14%和37.33%。对生育期而言,最高产草量均出现在结荚期,但其粗蛋白含量和相对饲用价值随生育期逐渐降低,而中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和木质素含量逐渐增加。从地上生物量和营养品质兼顾的角度进行综合评价,栽培二年和三年的甘草在初花期刈割,栽培四年和五年的甘草在现蕾期刈割,可获得高产优质的饲草。To understand the impact of cultivation years and growth stages on the growth,yield,and nutritional components for above ground part of cultivated licorice(Glycyrrhiza glabra),this research focused on licorice plants cultivated two,three,four,and five years.Plant growth,licorice yield,and nutritional components were measured during the vegetation stage,bud stage,early blooming stage,full blooming stage,pod-setting stage,and withered stage.The results indicated that plant height,stem diam‐eter,and dry hay yield of licorice increased with the extension of cultivation years.Compared to two-year-old licorice,the dry hay yield of three,four,and five-year-old licorice at the pod-setting stage increased by 26.55%,37.14%,and 37.33%,respectively.Regarding to growth stages,the highest hay yield was observed at the pod-setting stage.With the progression of growth stages,crude protein content and rela‐tive feed value gradually decreased,while neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber,and lignin contents gradually increased.For a comprehensive evaluation of both above-ground biomass and nutritional quality,it is recommended to harvest two and three-year-old cultivated licorice at the early blooming stage,and four and five-year-old licorice at the bud stage,to obtain high yield and high quality forage.
