摘　　要：在“互联网+”教育新时代背景下,国家在线精品课程具有共享范围广、引领示范效果好等特点,基于“岗课赛证”融通的在线精品课程的开发势在必行。通过论述校企双元合作开发“食品感官检验技术”课程建设路径,从基于“岗课赛证”融通的“食品感官检技术”课程体系构建、虚实结合课程资源建设、混合式教学的课程教学改革和考核评价体系等方面开展课程改革探索和实践,以助力新时代国家在线精品课程高质量发展。Under the background of the new era of“Internet+”education,The National online quality courses have the characteristics of wide sharing range and good leading demonstration effect,so it is imperative to infiltrate the construction of online quality courses with post course competition certificate.This paper discussed the construction path of the Technology of Food Sensory Analysis course developed by school-enterprise cooperation,and carried out the exploration and practice of curriculum system construction,the construction of modern sensory examination curriculum resources combined with virtuality and reality,the curriculum teaching reform and evaluation system of blended teaching,and assessment system of the technology of food sensory analysis course based on blended learning,so as to support development in the new era.
