新能源汽车企业知识获取方式与不连续创新的实现

摘　　要：新知识获取是不连续创新实现的重要前提,但尚不清楚新能源汽车企业选用哪种知识获取方式更有助于不连续创新实现。该研究考查了3种知识获取方式(自主研发、技术模仿和技术合作)对新能源汽车企业不连续创新实现的影响及权变作用机制。基于2015~2022年新能源汽车企业的样本数据分析,结果表明:自主研发、技术模仿和技术合作对新能源汽车企业不连续创新实现具有正向影响,且技术合作的影响最强;核心知识非连贯正向调节新能源汽车企业自主研发、技术模仿和技术合作与不连续创新实现间的关系;互补资产非连贯负向调节新能源汽车企业自主研发和技术模仿与不连续创新实现间的关系,但在技术合作与不连续创新实现间无调节作用;自主研发与技术模仿对新能源汽车企业不连续创新实现的影响具有协同效应,但自主研发与技术合作对新能源汽车企业不连续创新实现不存在交互作用。New knowledge acquisition is a necessary prerequisite to promote discontinuous innovation realization.However,it needs to be clear which knowledge acquisition mode is more advantageous for new energy vehicle enterprises to realize discontinuous innovation.This study examines the impact of three knowledge acquisition modes(independent R&D,technological imitation and technological collaboration)on discontinuous innovation realization of new energy vehicle enterprises and the impact mechanism of contingency.Based on the data analysis of new energy vehicle enterprises from 2015 to 2022,the research findings are as follows:First,independent R&D,technological imitation and technological collaboration have a positive effect on discontinuous innovation realization of new energy vehicle enterprises,and technological collaboration has the highest influence;Second,core-knowledge discontinuity has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between independent R&D,technological imitation-technological collaboration and discontinuous innovation realization of new energy vehicle enterprises;Third,complementary-asset has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between independent R&D-technological imitation and discontinuous innovation realization of new energy vehicle enterprises,but has no moderating effect on the relationship between technological collaboration and discontinuous innovation realization;Lastly,independent R&D and technological imitation have a synergistic effect on discontinuous innovation realization of new energy vehicle enterprises,but independent R&D and technological collaboration have no interaction effect on discontinuous innovation realization.
