摘　　要：奋斗精神贯穿中国共产党人的精神谱系,是实现民族复兴的精神支撑。高校思政课是高校落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,是培育和弘扬奋斗精神的重要渠道。聚焦奋斗精神融入高校思政课“何以必要”“何以可能”与“何以为之”的问题,不仅是对中华优秀传统文化精髓的传承,更是对大学生价值观塑造与理想信念教育的深化,具有重要的时代意义和战略价值。奋斗精神与高校思政课联系紧密,不仅体现在其价值追求的一致性上,还深刻反映在教育内容的相互渗透上、教育方式的相互契合上。在推进过程中,需要敏锐捕捉奋斗精神教育契机,从理论建构、课程设计、实践拓展、评价反馈出发,构建一个全方位、立体化的教学体系,在全面展现并落实课程价值中确保奋斗精神教育的有效实施与成果达成。The spirit of striving pervades the spiritual pedigree of the Communist Party of China and serves as the spiritual underpinning for the realization of national rejuvenation.Ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities are key courses for colleges and universities to fulfill the fundamental task of moral education and are important channels for cultivating and promoting the spirit of striving.Focusing on the issues of“why necessary”,“why possible”and“how to do it”in integrating the spirit of striving into ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities is not only an inheritance of the essence of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,but also a deepening of the shaping of college students values and the education of their ideals and beliefs,which has profound and important era significance and strategic value.The spirit of striving is closely linked to ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,not only demonstrating the consistency of value pursuits,but also profoundly reflected in the mutual infiltration of educational contents and the mutual correspondence of educational methods.In the process of promotion,it is necessary to acutely capture the opportunities of striving education,and build an all-round and three-dimensional teaching system starting from theoretical construction,course design,practical expansion and evaluation feedback,so as to ensure the effective implementation and achievement of striving spirit education in the full display and implementation of course values.
