摘 要:为提升永磁同步电机转子转速控制的抗干扰性与稳定性,研究降弓惰行高铁永磁同步电机转子转速自抗扰控制技术。结合降弓惰行运行模式下高铁的运行状况,利用自抗扰控制器内跟踪微分器处理转速信号,获取转子转速的一阶微分,得到光滑的转子转速信号;以转子转速的一阶微分为基础,设计变增益扩张状态观测器,观测扰动信号,得到实际转子转速信号;以跟踪微分器和变增益扩张状态观测器的信号之差为误差信号,结合状态误差反馈控制律,获取转子转速自抗扰控制量,完成自抗扰控制器设计,实现电机转子转速自抗扰控制。实验表明,该技术可有效观测电机转子转速的扰动信号,并在负载扰动时,将电机转子转速控制误差由22.33%降低至5.67%,同时回复时间大幅降低,提升了转子转速控制的抗干扰性,确保电机转子稳定运行。To improve the anti interference and stability of the rotor speed control of permanent magnet synchronous motors,research is conducted on the active disturbance rejection control technology of the rotor speed of high speed rail permanent magnet synchronous motors during pantograph coasting.Combining the operation status of high speed rail in the mode of descending pantograph and coasting,the speed signal is processed using the tracking differentiator in the active disturbance rejection controller to obtain the first order derivative of the rotor speed and obtain a smooth rotor speed signal;based on the first order differential of rotor speed,a variable gain expansion state observer is designed to observe disturbance signals and obtain the actual rotor speed signal;using the difference between the signals of the tracking differentiator and the variable gain expansion state observer as the error signal,combined with the state error feedback control law,the rotor speed active disturbance rejection control quantity is obtained,and the active disturbance rejection controller design is completed to achieve the motor rotor speed active disturbance rejection control.Experimental results have shown that this technology can effectively observe the disturbance signal of motor rotor speed,the control error of motor rotor speed is reduced from 22.33%to 5.67%,and the recovery time is greatly reduced,which can improve the anti interference performance of rotor speed control and ensure stable operation of motor rotor.
