摘  要:芹菜、豇豆、韭菜,简称“三棵菜”,是人们日常生活中最为常见且受大家喜爱的蔬菜,其质量安全问题关系到人们的身体健康。与其他蔬菜相比,“三棵菜”因农药残留超标不合格率高而备受关注。因此,本文探讨“三棵菜”农药残留超标原因,并提出相应的农药残留防控措施,以避免“三棵菜”农药残留超标和保障人们身体健康。Celery,cowpea,and leeks,collectively referred to as “three vegetables”,are the most common and popular vegetables in people’s daily life,so their quality and safety issues are related to people’s health.Compared with other vegetables,the “three vegetables” have a high unqualified rate of pesticide residue,which attracted particular attention.Therefore,this paper discusses the reasons for the excessive pesticide residues of “three vegetables”,and puts forward corresponding pesticide residue control measures to avoid the excessive pesticide residues of “three vegetables” and protect people’s health.
