摘　　要：目的:建立气相色谱法测定草鱼中氯霉素、甲砜霉素、氟苯尼考与氟苯尼考胺等4种抗生素残留量的方法。方法:在碱性条件下用乙酸乙酯提取抗生素残留物,正己烷去脂,MCX固相萃取小柱净化,再经硅烷化试剂衍生化后供气相色谱检测,峰面积外标法定量。结果:4种抗生素组分在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好,方法检出限为0.1~0.3 μg·kg^(-1)、定量限为1.0~3.0 μg·kg^(-1),加标回收率为82.8%~107.5%,相对标准偏差(Relative Standard Deviation,RSD)为1.05%~5.99%。结论:该方法灵敏度高、准确性好,适用于草鱼中4种抗生素残留量的分析检测。Objective:To establish a gas chromatography method for determining the residues of four antibiotics,including chloramphenicol,thiamphenicol,florfenicol,and florfenicol amine,in grass carp.Method:Antibiotic residues were extracted with ethyl acetate under alkaline conditions,defatted with n-hexane,purified with MCX solid-phase extraction column,derivatized with silanization reagent,and detected by gas chromatography.The peak area was quantified by external standard method.Result:The four antibiotic components showed good linear relationships within their respective concentration ranges.The detection limit of the method was 0.1~0.3 μg·kg~(-1),the quantification limit was 1.0~3.0 μg·kg~(-1),the recovery rate was 82.8%~107.5%,and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.05%~5.99%.Conclusion:This method has high sensitivity and good accuracy,and is suitable for the analysis and detection of four antibiotic residues in grass carp.
