摘 要:随着社会发展和人们对食品安全的关注,农畜林产品溯源管理愈发重要。而物联网技术为其提供了可视化手段,可实现从生产到销售全过程的实时监测和追溯。因此,探讨农畜林产品溯源管理系统中物联网技术的应用及发展方向尤为重要。本文检索2005—2024年中国知网数据库文献,采用CiteSpace和VOSviewer信息可视化软件进行发文量、合作作者、关键词突现、研究热点变化分析。结果表明,溯源管理系统与物联网技术的结合经历了萌芽期、高速发展期、动态稳定期和缓慢减少期。作者同机构团队合作较多,跨校际、专业合作研究有待加强,交叉学科、行业合作不够。物联网技术的应用促进了溯源平台的建设,数据安全、数据防伪是目前溯源管理系统发展研究的热点。2024年智慧农业、区块链、大数据以及传感器技术处于研究热点行列,农畜林产品溯源系统研究可将重点聚焦于传感器技术的深入探究,与区块链、大数据技术有机融合,以此推动农畜林产品溯源系统朝着更高效、精准与智能的方向发展,为保障农畜林产品质量安全、提升农业产业现代化水平提供坚实的技术支撑与创新动力。With the development of society and people’s attention to food safety,traceability management of agricultural,livestock and forest products is becoming more and more important.The Internet of Things technology provides visual means to realize real-time monitoring and traceability of the whole process from production to sales.Therefore,it is particularly important to discuss the application and development direction of the Internet of Things technology in the traceability management system of agricultural,livestock and forest products.In this paper,the literature of CNKI database from 2005 to 2024 was searched,and CiteSpace and VOSviewer information visualization software were used to analyze the number of publications,co-authors,keyword emergence,and research hotspot changes.The results show that the combination of traceability management system and Internet of Things technology has experienced a budding period,a rapid development period,a dynamic stable period and a slow reduction period.The author has more cooperation with institutional teams,and cross-school and professional cooperation research needs to be strengthened,and cross-disciplinary and industry cooperation is not enough.The application of Internet of Things technology promotes the construction of traceability platform,and data security and data anti-counterfeiting are the hot spots in the development of traceability management system.In 2024,smart agriculture,blockchain,big data and sensor technology will be among the research hotspots.The research of agricultural,animal and forest product traceability system can focus on in-depth exploration of sensor technology and organic integration with blockchain and big data technology,so as to promote the development of agricultural,animal and forest product traceability system towards a more efficient,accurate and intelligent direction.It provides solid technical support and innovation impetus for ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural,livestock and forest products and enhancing the modernization
