摘  要:目的:采用气相色谱-质谱法检测生活饮用水中的乙草胺。方法:取500 mL生活饮用水经固相萃取装置进行富集净化,洗脱液浓缩至1.0 mL,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定。通过实验探讨4种固相萃取小柱、不同洗脱溶剂及不同用量的分析效果。结果:乙草胺在1~250 μg·L^(-1)线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 8;500 mL水样中乙草胺的最低检测质量浓度为0.002 μg·L^(-1);加标回收率在90.00%~98.25%,相对标准偏差在1.68%~2.82%。结论:该方法检测饮用水中乙草胺具有较高的灵敏度、精密度和准确度。Objective:To determine acetochlor in drinking water by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Method:Take 500 mL of drinking water and enrich and purify it through a solid phase extraction device,concentrate the eluent to 1.0 mL,and determine it with a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry instrument.The experimental study explored the analytical effects of four types of solid phase extraction columns,different elution solvents,and different dosages.Result:Acetochlor has a good linear relationship within the range of 1 μg·L~(-1) to 250 μg·L~(-1),with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 8.The minimum detection concentration of acetochlor in a 500 mL water sample is 0.002 μg·L~(-1);the spiked recovery rate is between 90.00% and 98.25%,and the relative standard deviation is between 1.68% and 2.82%.Conclusion:This method has high sensitivity,precision,and accuracy for the detection of acetochlor in drinking water.
