基于免疫层析技术检测热带水果中典型农药残留的研究

摘　　要：胶体金免疫层析快速检测卡测定农药残留具有操作简单、针对性强、成本低和便于携带等优点。本文通过胶体金免疫层析法与液相-质谱联用法检测热带水果(香蕉、芒果)中的苯醚甲环唑、吡唑醚菌酯、吡虫啉、噻虫胺和噻虫嗪5种农药并进行结果对比分析,对胶体金免疫层析速测卡准确性和灵敏度进行确证。结果表明,胶体金免疫层析速测卡检测热带水果中的农药残留与液相质谱联用法检测结果基本一致,具有较好的准确性和灵敏度。The rapid detection card of colloidal gold immunochromatography has the advantages of simple operation,strong pertinence,low cost and portability.In this paper,the colloidal gold immunochromatography combined with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to detect difenoconazole,pyraclostrobin,imidacloprid,clothianidin and thiamethoxam in tropical fruits (bananas and mangoes),and the accuracy and sensitivity of the colloidal gold immunochromatography rapid test card were confirmed.The results showed that the detection of pesticide residues in tropical fruits by colloidal gold immunochromatographic rapid detection card was basically consistent with that by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,with good accuracy and sensitivity.
