摘 要:针对1∶2000 DLG数据生产更新周期较长、效率较低等弊端,将更新频繁的不动产登记业务数据与1∶2000 DLG数据进行相互关联,构建1∶2000 DLG数据库动态更新系统。以房屋要素为例,系统能够对不动产登记业务系统中的自然幢图形变化进行动态捕捉,并与1∶2000 DLG数据库中的相应数据进行对比,利用数据变化检测功能识别房屋要素变化,并进行更新入库。本文通过某地级市自然幢数据进行应用分析,结果表明,系统检测更新时长远小于常规人工检测方法,且检测结果与人工检测一致,验证了1∶2000 DLG数据库动态更新系统的可行性及可靠性,大大提升了1∶2000 DLG数据更新效率,保障了数据的现势性,具有较强的现实意义。In this paper,aiming at the shortcomings such as long updating cycle and low efficiency in the 1∶2000 DLG data production,the frequently updated real estate registration business data and 1∶2000 DLG data are interrelated,and the 1∶2000 DLG database dynamic updating system is constructed.Taking the housing elements as an example,the system can dynamically capture the graphic changes of natural buildings in the real estate registration system and compare them with the corresponding data in the 1∶2000 DLG database.The system uses the data change detection function to identify the changes of housing elements,and then updates them into the database.In this paper,through a prefecture-level building data application analysis,experimental results show that the updating time of the system is less than conventional manual detection method,and experimental results agree with manual detection,which verify the feasibility and reliability of the system for the 1∶2000 DLG database dynamic updating,greatly improve the efficiency of 1∶2000 DLG data updating,ensure the data up-to-dateness,and has a strong practical significance.
