摘　　要：作为一个经济转型国家,国有企业是中国经济的重要组成部分,对区域经济发展具有不可忽视的影响。以中国各市为研究对象,探讨了地区国有经济比重对本地新产业发展的影响,并从知识网络中心势角度识别了其中的作用机制。实证检验结果表明,国有经济比重对本地新产业发展具有负向作用,较高的国有经济比重不利于当地新产业的发展。国有经济比重的这种影响与其对知识网络结构的塑造作用有关,国有经济比重较高的地区往往会形成较高中心势的知识网络,而高度的知识网络中心势不利于新产业的孕育与发展,因而在一定程度上导致了较高的国有经济比重制约新产业发展的负面效应。为促进经济高质量发展,进一步推进国有企业改革以及所有制结构的调整,给予各个企业以平等的市场地位,激发各种所有制企业创新活力是重要方向。As an economically transforming country,state-owned enterprises are an essential part of China’s economy and have a significant impact on regional economic development.Taking China’s prefecture-level regions as the research object,this study explores the impact of the regional proportion of state-owned economy on the development of local new industries and identifies the mechanism from the perspective of the centralization of knowledge networks.The empirical results show that the proportion of state-owned economy has a negative effect on the development of local new industries,and a higher proportion of state-owned economy is not conducive to the development of local new industries.This impact of the proportion of state-owned economy is related to its shaping effect on the knowledge networks.Regions with a higher proportion of state-owned economy tend to form a knowledge network with a higher centralization,which is not conducive to the incubation and development of new industries.To a certain extent,this leads to the negative effect of a higher proportion of state-owned economy restricting the development of new industries.To promote high-quality economic development,further promoting the reform of state-owned enterprises and the adjustment of ownership structure,giving all enterprises equal market status,and stimulating the innovative vitality of enterprises of various ownership are important directions.
