摘 要:研究3种炭黑(N234,PROPEL^(R)E8和MH168S)在天然橡胶体系配方中的性能差异。实验结果表明:在天然橡胶为生胶体系的配方中,采用不同品种炭黑进行物性对比,炭黑N234填充的胶料的加工性能优于炭黑PROPEL^(R)E8和MH168S,炭黑MH168S补强性能最优,炭黑PROPEL^(R)E8居中;炭黑N234填充胶料的阿克隆磨耗性能最优,炭黑PROPEL^(R)E8填充胶料具有最低的滚动阻力。This article studied performance differences of three types of carbon black(N234,PROPEL^(R)E8和MH168S)in natural rubber system formulations.The experimental results showed that in the formula of natural rubber as the raw rubber system,different types of carbon black were used for physical property comparison,and the processing performance of the rubber compound filled with carbon black N234 was better than that of carbon black PROPEL^(R)E8 and MH168S;Carbon black MH168S has the best reinforcement performance,carbon black PROPEL^(R)E8 is centered;The Akron abrasion performance of carbon black N234 filled rubber compound is optimal;Carbon black PROPEL^(R)E8 filling material has the lowest rolling resistance.
