根管填充联合奥硝唑合剂治疗老年牙体牙髓病的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探究在老年牙体牙髓病治疗过程中应用根管填充联合奥硝唑合剂的效果。方法选取平顶山市第一人民医院口腔科2022年1月至2023年12月期间收治的80例老年牙体牙髓病患者并随机分为对照组和观察组,每组患者40例。对照组患者予以根管填充治疗,观察组先予以奥硝唑合剂治疗后再予以根管填充治疗。两组患者治疗后随访3个月,评估临床治疗效果并统计后3个月内各种不良反应的发生情况,同时对比两组患者治疗前后牙周指标[临床附着水平(CAL)、牙周袋探针深度(PD)和牙龈指数(GI)]以及咀嚼功能的变化。结果观察组患者临床治疗有效率(92.50%)高于对照组(72.50%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者CAL、PD、GI、咬合力以及咀嚼效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者CAL、PD、GI均降低,且观察组低于对照组,两组咬合力和咀嚼效率均显著增加,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3个月内,观察组患者不良反应发生率为7.50%,显著低于对照组(27.50%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用根管填充联合奥硝唑合剂治疗老年牙体牙髓病既有助于改善患者的牙周健康状况以及咀嚼功能,还能够降低不良反应发生率,临床效果较为理想,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the effects of root canal filling combined with ornidazole in the treatment of dental pulp diseases in elderly patients.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with dental pulp diseases treated at the Department of Stomatology,Pingdingshan First People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received root canal filling treatment,while the observation group was initially treated with ornidazole and then underwent root canal filling treatment.After 3 months of follow-up,clinical treatment outcomes were assessed,and the incidence of various adverse reactions within the 3-month period was recorded.Additionally,periodontal indicators[clinical attachment level(CAL),probing depth(PD),and gingival index(GI)]and the changes in masticatory function were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate in the observation group(92.50%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.50%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in CAL,PD,GI,occlusal force,and masticatory efficiency between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups showed decreases in CAL,PD,and GI,with the observation group having lower values than the control group.Both groups exhibited significant increases in occlusal force and masticatory efficiency,with the observation group being higher than the control group,all statistically significant(P<0.05).Within 3 months post-treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.50%,significantly lower than that in the control group(27.50%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of root canal filling combined with ornidazole in the treatment of dental pulp diseases in elderly patients not only improves periodontal health and masticatory function but also reduces the incidence of
