摘 要:改良Bacon术是治疗低位直肠癌的一种保肛手术,但由于手术会使患者消化、泌尿系统发生重大改变,导致术后大便失禁的发生率较高,但目前尚无针对改良Bacon术后大便失禁的标准化护理管理方案。本文阐述改良Bacon术的起源和发展、术后大便失禁的原因和不良影响以及直肠癌保肛术后大便失禁的干预措施,为后续制订改良Bacon术后大便失禁的护理干预研究提供一定参考。Modified Bacon surgery is an anal preservation surgery for the treatment of low rectal cancer.However,the significant changes in the digestive and urinary systems of patients were caused by the surgery,and the incidence of postoperative fecal incontinence is relatively high.There is no standardized nursing management plan for modified Bacon postoperative fecal incontinence at present.This article elaborates on the origin and development of the modified Bacon surgery,the causes and negative effects of postoperative fecal incontinence,and fecal incontinence interventions after anal sphincter preservation surgery for rectal cancer,in order to provide the subsequent development of nursing interventions for fecal incontinence after the modified Bacon procedure.
