摘　　要：目的 探讨磷脂酰肌醇-4,5-二磷酸3-激酶催化亚单位β(PIK3CB)蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达及预后影响因素分析。方法 选取153例结直肠癌患者,取结直肠癌组织及相应癌旁组织,采用免疫组化法检测PIK3CB蛋白表达情况,比较不同临床特征结直肠癌患者结直肠癌组织中PIK3CB蛋白的表达情况。结直肠癌患者预后的影响因素采用二元Logistic回归分析。结果 结直肠癌组织中PIK3CB蛋白阳性表达率为75.16%,明显高于癌旁组织的26.14%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。分化程度为低中分化、TNM分期为Ⅲ期、有淋巴转移、有远处转移结直肠癌患者结直肠癌组织中PIK3CB阳性表达率分别高于分化程度为高分化、TNM分期为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移、无远处转移患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。截至随访结束,153例结直肠癌患者中,预后不良41例,预后良好112例。二元Logistic回归分析结果显示,TNM分期为Ⅲ期、淋巴结转移及PIK3CB阳性表达均是结直肠癌患者预后不良的独立危险因素(P﹤0.05)。结论 PIK3CB蛋白在结直肠癌组织中阳性表达率较高,且PIK3CB阳性表达是结直肠癌患者预后不良的独立危险因素。Objective To investigate the expression of phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase catalytic sub-unit beta(PIK3CB)protein in colorectal cancer tissues and the prognostic factors.Method A total of 153 patients with colorectal cancer were selected,and their colorectal tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues were collected.The expres-sion of PIK3CB protein was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the expression of PIK3CB protein in colorectal can-cer tissues of colorectal cancer patients with different clinical characteristics were compared.The prognostic factors of colorectal cancer patients were analyzed using binary Logistic regression.Result The positive expression rate of PIK3CB protein in colorectal cancer tissues was 75.16%,which was significantly higher than 26.14%in adjacent tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The positive expression rates of PIK3CB in colorectal cancer tis-sues of colorectal cancer patients with low to moderate differentiation,TNM stage III,lymph node metastasis,and distant metastasis were higher than those of patients with high differentiation,TNM stage I-II,no lymph node metastasis,and no distant metastasis,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of follow-up,among 153 patients with colorectal cancer,41 cases had poor prognosis and 112 cases had good prognosis.Binary Logistic regression analy-sis showed that TNM stage III,lymph node metastasis,and PIK3CB positive expression were independent risk factors for poor prognosis in colorectal cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression rate of PIK3CB protein is rel-atively high in colorectal cancer tissues,and the positive expression of PIK3CB is an independent risk factor for poor prognosis in colorectal cancer patients.
