西帕依固龈液联合甲硝唑治疗重度牙周炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨西帕依固龈液联合甲硝唑治疗重度牙周炎的临床效果。方法:选取2019年2月—2024年5月东莞市中西医结合医院口腔科收治的66例重度牙周炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组33例。两组均接受基础治疗,对照组采用甲硝唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用西帕依固龈液治疗。对比两组临床疗效、炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平与骨代谢因子[骨钙素(BGP)、骨保护素(OPG)]水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组IL-6、IL-17、hs-CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗14 d后,两组IL-6、IL-17、hs-CRP水平低于治疗前,与对照组相比,观察组更低(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组BGP、OPG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗14 d后,两组BGP、OPG水平高于治疗前,与对照组相比,观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论:西帕依固龈液联合甲硝唑治疗重度牙周炎的临床效果显著,可以降低龈沟液炎性因子水平,改善骨代谢因子水平。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Xipayi Mouth Rinse combined with metronidazole in the treatment of severe periodontitis.Methods:A total of 66 patients with severe periodontitis admitted to the Stomatology Department of Dongguan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from February 2019 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups with 33 cases in each group.Both groups received basic treatment.The control group was treated with metronidazole and the observation group was treated with Xipayi Mouth Rinse on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy and the levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-17(IL-17),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)]and bone metabolism factors[osteocalcin(BGP),osteoproteectin(OPG)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of IL-6,IL-17 and hs-CRP between the two groups(P>0.05).After 14-d treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-17 and hs-CRP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of BGP and OPG between the two groups(P>0.05).After 14-d treatment,the levels of BGP and OPG in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xipayi Mouth Rinse combined with metronidazole has significant clinical effects in the treatment of severe periodontitis,and can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid and improve the level of bone metabolic factors.
