摘　　要：目的:分析iRoot SP单尖充填技术在根管再治疗中的应用效果。方法:将2022年1月—2023年6月于苏州市立医院口腔科行根管再治疗的患者60例随机分为两组。对照组(n=30)治疗时采用AH-Plus糊剂联合热牙胶充填技术,观察组(n=30)治疗时采用iRoot SP单尖充填技术。对比两组疼痛程度、根管充填质量、炎症恢复情况及满意度。结果:术后24、48、72 h及1周,观察组视觉模拟评分法评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组根管适充率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组根尖周炎症恢复有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:iRoot SP单尖充填技术在根管再治疗中的应用效果显著,有助于减轻患者疼痛,提升根管填充质量,促进根尖周炎症恢复,提高患者满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of iRoot SP single-tip filling technique in root canal retreatment.Methods:Sixty patients who underwent root canal retreatment in the Department of Stomatology at Suzhou Municipal Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=30)adopted AH-Plus paste combined with warm gutta-percha obturation technique during treatment,while the observation group adopted iRoot SP single-tip filling technique during treatment.The pain level,root canal filling quality,inflammation recovery and satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results:At 24 h,48 h,72 h and 1 week after operation,the scores of visual analogue scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The root canal appropriate filling rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The effective rate of periapical inflammation recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The patient's satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of iRoot SP single-tip filling technique in root canal retreatment has remarkable effects,and is helpful to relieve patients'pain,improve the quality of root canal filling,promote the recovery of periapical inflammation,and improve patient's satisfaction.
