高速涡轮钻微创拔牙法治疗下颌阻生智齿的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析高速涡轮钻微创拔牙法治疗下颌阻生智齿的临床效果。方法:将2023年4月—2024年4月在珠海市金湾区平沙社区卫生服务中心口腔科就诊的80例下颌阻生智齿患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组接受高速涡轮钻微创拔牙法治疗,对照组采用传统凿骨劈冠法治疗。比较两组手术效果。结果:观察组手术时间、骨愈合时间短于对照组,术中出血量较对照组少(P<0.001)。观察组疼痛耐受率高于对照组(P=0.002)。观察组张口受限度轻于对照组(P=0.012)。与对照组比较,观察组并发症发生率更低(P=0.022)。结论:高速涡轮钻微创拔牙法治疗下颌阻生智齿的临床效果显著,可提高拔牙效率,减轻患者疼痛和张口受限度,且并发症少,有利于患者术后康复。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive tooth extraction using high-speed turbodrill in treatment of lower mandibular impacted wisdom teeth.Methods:A total of 80 patients with lower mandibular impacted wisdom teeth who were admitted to the Department of Stomatology at Pingsha Community Health Service Center in Jinwan District of Zhuhai City between April 2023 and April 2024 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The observation group received minimally invasive tooth extraction using high-speed turbodrill,and the control group received traditional chisel osteotomy.The surgery effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time and bone healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.001).The pain tolerance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.002).The restriction of mouth opening in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P=0.012).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a lower complication rate(P=0.022).Conclusion:Minimally invasive tooth extraction using high-speed turbodrill has significant clinical effects in treatment of lower mandibular impacted wisdom teeth,and can improve the efficiency of tooth extraction,relieve the pain and the restriction of mouth opening,and have few complications,which is conducive to postoperative recovery of patients.
