视觉功能训练联合斜视矫正术治疗儿童间歇性斜视的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨视觉功能训练联合斜视矫正术治疗儿童间歇性斜视的临床效果。方法:选择2020年7月—2024年6月东莞市第八人民医院接诊的间歇性斜视患儿50例展开研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各25例。对照组采用斜视矫正术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施视觉功能训练。对比两组治疗效果。结果:术后1个月,两组视功能恢复率提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组视近度、视远度、斜视圆周度降低,融合范围提高,且观察组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);两组焦虑、抑郁评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:视觉功能训练联合斜视矫正术治疗儿童间歇性斜视的临床效果理想,能够改善患儿视功能、心理状况,降低斜视度数。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of visual function training combined with strabismus correction surgery in treatment of children with intermittent strabismus.Methods:A total of 50 children with intermittent strabismus who were admitted to Dongguan Eighth People's Hospital from July 2020 to June 2024 were selected for this study.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received stra⁃bismus correction surgery,while the observation group received visual function training on the basis of the control group.The treat⁃ment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:At 1 month after surgery,the rate of visual function recovery in the two groups increased,and the rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The circumferences of myopia,hypermetropia and strabismus in the two groups decreased,and the fusion range in two groups increased,and the improve⁃ment range in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of visual function training combined with strabismus correction surgery in the treatment of children with inter⁃mittent strabismus is ideal,which can improve the visual function and psychological status of patient,and reduce the degree of strabismus.
