度洛西汀联合米氮平治疗抑郁症合并躯体疼痛的药学作用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析度洛西汀联合米氮平治疗抑郁症合并躯体疼痛的药学作用。方法:选取2023年7月—2024年7月太仓市第三人民医院收治的抑郁症合并躯体疼痛患者112例作为研究对象,随机分为参照组(56例)和试验组(56例)。参照组给予米氮平片治疗,试验组在参照组基础上给予度洛西汀肠溶片治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P=0.015)。治疗后,两组疼痛评估指数、视觉模拟评分法、现时疼痛强度评分低于治疗前,且试验组低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗1、2个月后,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α水平逐渐降低,且试验组低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于治疗前,且试验组低于参照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:度洛西汀联合米氮平治疗抑郁症合并躯体疼痛的药学作用较好,可减轻患者躯体疼痛,降低炎性因子水平,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,且用药安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the pharmacological effect of duloxetine combined with mirtazapine in treatment of depression complicated with somatic pain.Methods:A total of 112 patients with depression and somatic pain admitted to Taicang Third People's Hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a reference group(56 cases)and an experimental group(56 cases).The reference group was treated with mirtazapine tablets,and the experimental group was treated with duloxetine enteric-coated tablets on the basis of the reference group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P=0.015).After treatment,the pain assessment index,visual analogue scale and present pain intensity scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After 1 and 2 months of treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-αin the two groups gradually decreased,and the test group was lower than the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the test group was lower than the reference group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Duloxetine combined with mirtazapine has a good pharmacological effect in the treatment of depression complicated with somatic pain,and can relieve somatic pain,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,ameliorate anxiety and depression,and achieve a high medication safety.
