摘　　要：成人睾丸卵黄囊瘤较为罕见,肿瘤结构复杂、多样,诊断较为困难。该文回顾1例成人睾丸卵黄囊瘤患者的诊疗经过,深入探讨其病理组织学形态特点,总结该类肿瘤鉴别诊断的关键及免疫组化染色的特异性表现,以期为临床提供参考,提高卵黄囊瘤病理诊断的精准性。Adult testicular yolk sac tumor is relatively rare,with complex and diverse tumor structure,so the diagnosis is relatively difficult.This article reviews the diagnosis and treatment process of one adult patient with testicular yolk sac tumor,deeply discusses its histopathological and morphological characteristics,and summarizes the key points of differential diagnosis of this type of tumor and the specific manifestations of immunohistochemical staining,aiming to provide reference for clinical practice and improve the accuracy of pathological diagnosis of yolk sac tumor.
