缺血性脑卒中患者社会疏离状况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析缺血性脑卒中患者社会疏离状况及影响因素。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月徐州医科大学附属医院收治的缺血性脑卒中患者100例作为研究对象。收集患者一般资料,评估患者生活自理能力、病耻感及社会疏离情况。统计缺血性脑卒中患者一般疏离感量表(GAS)评分,分析缺血性脑卒中患者社会疏离的影响因素,分析缺血性脑卒中患者GAS评分与生活自理能力量表(ADL)、社会影响量表(SIS)评分的相关性。结果:100例缺血性脑卒中患者GAS评分为(46.37±6.46)分。婚姻状况、学历、ADL评分、SIS评分是缺血性脑卒中患者社会疏离影响因素(P<0.05)。未婚、小学及以下学历、ADL评分低、SIS评分高是缺血性脑卒中患者社会疏离的危险因素(P<0.05)。缺血性脑卒中患者GAS评分与ADL评分呈负相关(r=-0.416,P=0.008),GAS评分与SIS评分呈正相关(r=0.455,P=0.003)。结论:缺血性脑卒中患者社会疏离状况处于较高水平,且社会疏离与病耻感存在相关关系,且受到自身婚姻状况、学历、生活自理能力及病耻感得分的综合影响。Objective:To analyze the social alienation status and influencing factors in ischemic stroke patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.General data of patients were collected.The patients'self-care ability,stigma and social alienation status were assessed.The scores of the General Alienation Scale(GAS)of ischemic stroke patients were statistically counted.The influencing factors of social alienation in ischemic stroke patients were analyzed.The correlation of the GAS score with the scores of Activities of Daily Living(ADL)and Social Impact Scale(SIS)in ischemic stroke patients was analyzed.Results:The GAS score of 100 patients with ischemic stroke was(46.37±6.46)points.Marital status,educational background,ADL score and SIS score were the influencing factors of social alienation in patients with ischemic stroke(P<0.05).Unmarried,educational background of primary school and below,low ADL score,and high SIS score were risk factors for social alienation in patients with ischemic stroke(P<0.05).In ischemic stroke patients,GAS score was negatively correlated with ADL score(r=-0.416,P=0.008),and GAS score was positively correlated with SIS score(r=0.455,P=0.003).Conclusion:The social alienation status of ischemic stroke patients is relatively high,and social alienation is correlated with stigma and is comprehensively affected by the marital status,educational background,self-care ability and stigma score.
