摘 要:目的:分析“学姐妹”带教模式在新入职护士人文关怀能力培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年8月中卫市中宁县中医医院新入职护士86名作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43名。对照组实施常规带教模式,观察组采取“学姐妹”带教模式。比较两组带教效果。结果:观察组理论知识、操作技能评分高于对照组(P<0.001)。带教后,两组人文关怀感知、人文关怀理念、人文关怀知识、人文关怀能力评分及总分高于带教前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:“学姐妹”带教模式在新入职护士人文关怀能力培训中的应用效果显著,可提高新入职护士理论知识、操作技能,培养其人文关怀能力。Objective:To analyze the application effect of"learning sisters"teaching mode in humanistic care ability training of newly recruited nurses.Methods:A total of 86 newly recruited nurses in Zhongning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhongwei City from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 43 nurses in each group.The control group adopted the routine teaching mode,and the observation group adopted the"learning sisters"teaching mode.Results:The scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).After teaching,the scores of humanistic care perception,humanistic care concept,humanistic care knowledge,humanistic care ability and total scores in the two groups were higher than those before teaching,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The"learning sisters"teaching mode has significant application effects in humanistic care ability training of newly recruited nurses,and can improve the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of n newly recruited nurses,and cultivate their humanistic care ability.
