护理优良事件培训对福利院护士传染病预防能力的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析护理优良事件培训对福利院护士传染病预防能力的影响。方法:选取2023年10月—2024年10月广州市社会福利院康复医院的80名护士作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40名。对照组实施常规培训,观察组在对照组基础上实施护理优良事件培训。比较两组传染病预防知识、应急处理能力及防控能力。结果:培训后,两组传染病预防知识及应急处理能力评分高于培训前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);培训后,两组传染病预警、传染病控制、传染病宣教、传染病处理评分高于培训前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理优良事件培训可提高福利机构护士传染病预防知识、应急处理能力及防控能力,有助于提高机构的整体防疫水平。Objective:To analyze the impact of nursing excellence event training on the infectious disease prevention ability of nurses in welfare homes.Methods:A total of 80 nurses who worked in Guangzhou Social Welfare Institute Rehabilitation Hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 nurses in each group.The control group received routine training,while the observation group received training on nursing excellence events based on the control group.The knowledge of infectious disease prevention,emergency response capabilities,and prevention and control capabilities were compared between two groups.Results:After the training,the scores of infectious disease prevention knowledge and emergency response capabilities in two groups were higher than those before the training,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the training,the scores of infectious disease warning,infectious disease control,infectious disease education,and infectious disease treatment in two groups were higher than those before the training,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Training on nursing excellence events can improve the knowledge of infectious disease prevention,emergency response capabilities,and prevention and control capabilities of nurses in welfare homes,and help improve the overall epidemic prevention level of the institution.
