牙隐裂伴牙髓病变患者应用根管治疗联合全冠修复治疗后的疗效分析及对牙周指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨根管治疗联合全冠修复治疗在牙隐裂伴牙髓病变患者中的应用价值。方法以天津市宝坻区人民医院2021年1月-2023年12月收治的80例牙隐裂伴牙髓病变患者作为研究对象,按照掷硬币的方法分为研究组(n=40,根管治疗联合全冠修复治疗)和对照组(n=40,根管治疗与树脂充填联合治疗),比较两组疗效、并发症发生率及治疗前后牙周指标(PD、SBI、GI、PLI)。结果与对照组比较,研究组临床总有效率更高(P<0.05),并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组PD、SBI、GI、PLI比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组PD、SBI、GI、PLI均降低(P<0.05),且研究组PD、SBI、GI、PLI更低(P<0.05)。结论根管治疗联合全冠修复治疗牙隐裂伴牙髓病变患者可取得较为满意的疗效,改善牙周状况,且并发症发生率较低。Objective To investigate the application value of root canal therapy combined with total crown restoration in patients with dental cleft and pulp disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with dental cryptocleft with dental pulp disease admitted to Tianjin Baodi District People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,according to the method of coin toss,they were divided into the study group(n=40,root canal therapy combined with total crown repair)and the control group(n=40,root canal therapy combined with resin filling).The curative effect,complication rate and periodontal indexes(PD,SBI,GI,PLI)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher(P<0.05),and the complication rate was lower(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in PD,SBI,GI and PLI between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PD,SBI,GI and PLI in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and PD,SBI,GI and PLI in the study group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Root canal therapy combined with total crown restoration can achieve satisfactory results in the treatment of patients with dental cleft and pulp disease,improve the periodontal status,and the incidence of complications is low.
