阿芬太尼在眼综合手术清醒镇静应用中的临床观察

摘　　要：目的眼综合手术以局部麻醉为主,本研究评估在术中使用阿芬太尼是否可以改善患者的术中体验及提高满意度。方法本研究为前瞻性、非随机、基于问卷的研究,纳入2022年3月-2024年3月在西宁市第一人民医院接受眼综合手术的门诊患者120例,术中使用阿芬太尼清醒镇静,术毕对患者进行问卷调查,包括患者的术中体验、疼痛评分,满意度。结果120例纳入研究的患者,95%的患者描述局部麻醉注射时为无痛和轻度疼痛,95%的患者表示很愿意使用这种镇静剂。有5%的患者出现了与镇静相关的副作用,包括恶心、瘙痒、呼吸抑制,没有患者发生计划外入院。结论在局部麻醉下,使用阿芬太尼清醒镇静,疼痛评分低、患者满意度高、并发症少。Objective Ophthalmic surgery is mainly performed under local anesthesia.To evaluate the effect of alfentanil in ophthalmic surgery under local anaesthesia,whether alfentani conscious sedation can improve patients’intraoperative experience and satisfaction.Methods This study is a prospective,non-randomized,questionnaire-based study involving 120 outpatient patients who underwent ophthalmic surgery at the First People’s Hospital of Xining between March 2022 to 2024.Alfentanil was used for conscious sedation during the surgery.A questionnaire was conducted on patients at the end of the surgery,including their intraoperative experience,pain scores,and satisfaction.Results Among the 120 patients included in the study,95%of patients describe local anesthesia injections as painless or mild pain.95%of patients stated that they were willing to use this sedative.Approximately 5%of patients experienced sedation-related side effects including nausea,itching,respiratory depression,and no patients had unplanned hospitalization.Conclusion The use of alfentanil for conscious sedation under local anesthesia results in low pain scores,high patient satisfaction,and few complications.
