疏肝健脾方治疗肝郁脾虚型乳腺癌共病抑郁障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察疏肝健脾方治疗肝郁脾虚型乳腺癌共病抑郁障碍的临床疗效。方法选取2021年6月-2022年12月中国中医科学院广安门医院及广安门医院南区接收的80例肝郁脾虚型乳腺癌共病抑郁障碍患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,即对照组(n=40)、研究组(n=40),用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、中医证候评分测评患者在治疗前及治疗后1、2、3个月抑郁障碍状态变化。结果中药干预1、2、3个月后,研究组HAMD评分和中医证候评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着中药干预时间延长,研究组的中医证候评分呈逐渐下降趋势。结论疏肝健脾方可有效减轻肝郁脾虚型乳腺癌共病抑郁障碍患者的抑郁状态,改善其临床症状,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the formula for soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen in the treatment of breast cancer with concurrent depressive disorder of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.Methods Eighty patients with breast cancer of liver depression and spleen deficiency type and concurrent depressive disorder who were admitted to Guang’anmen Hospital and Guang’anmen Hospital South Campus China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,namely the control group(n=40)and the study group(n=40).The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score were used to evaluate the changes in the depressive disorder status of the patients before treatment and 1,2 and 3 months after treatment.Results After 1,2 and 3 months of Traditional Chinese Medicine intervention,the HAMD score and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);with the prolongation of Traditional Chinese Medicine intervention time,the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score of the study group showed a gradually decreasing trend.Conclusion The formula for soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen can effectively alleviate the depressive state of breast cancer with concurrent depressive disorder of liver depression and spleen deficiency type,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
