补气血食疗古方玉灵膏制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的通过研究确立玉灵膏的最佳制备工艺,对成品玉灵膏质量进行初步考察,为气血双补食疗古方的开发研究提供参考。方法通过单因素实验及正交实验考察玉灵膏的最佳制备工艺;通过紫外可见分光光度法对成品玉灵膏的粗多糖、总皂苷含量进行测定并分析。结果玉灵膏的最佳制备工艺为:将龙眼肉切碎、西洋参粉碎为60目粉末、拌匀按龙眼肉∶西洋参∶白砂糖比例为10∶1∶0.5,蒸至65h;并得出成品玉灵膏指标性成分含量:每50g玉灵膏含25.715mg的总多糖与7.324mg总皂苷。结论该方法制备玉灵膏色泽发亮,口感良好,指标性成分含量较高。Objective To establish the optimal production process of Yuling ointment through research,and to conduct a preliminary investigation of the quality of the finished Yuling ointment,providing reference for the development and research of ancient dietary remedies for Qi and blood dual tonics.Methods The optimal production process of Yuling ointment was investigated through single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments.The crude polysaccharide and total saponin content of Yuling ointment were determined and analyzed by UV visible spectrophotometry.Results The optimal production process for Yuling ointment is as follows:chop the longan arillus,grind the panacis quinquefolii radix into 60 mesh,mix well according to the ratio of Longan arillus pulp to panacis quinquefolii radix to White granulated sugar at 10∶1∶0.5,steam for 65 hours,and obtain the index content for preparing Yuling ointment:25.715mg of crude polysaccharides and 7.324mg of ginsenoside compounds per 50g of Yuling ointment.Conclusion The method for preparing Yuling ointment has a bright color,good taste,and a high content of indicator components.
