摘　　要：知识发生和起源是“中国经济学”这一命题下悬而未决的问题。20世纪初,美国经济学家克拉克、西格尔等人的中国学生陈焕章试图通过《孔门理财学》,把儒家的经济思想装点为一种可行的社会主义,提出应对当时西方社会困境的中国解决之道。然而,陈焕章的《孔门理财学》同时渗透着康有为思想。康有为思想的杂糅特点,加上陈焕章并未对其精熟掌握,使得《孔门理财学》仅表现为利用今文经学解经方式,以西方经济学概念重述中国传统思想大义。《孔门理财学》对中国经济学建构的初次探索,体现出中国传统学术向现代知识转型过程中的艰难。这次并不成熟的学术尝试留下一系列问题,诸如中学还是西学、公还是私、世界还是国家、理想还是现实。回应这些问题,是后续中国经济学建构过程中必须面对的挑战。The question of the emergence and origin of knowledge under the proposition of"Chinese economics remains undecided.In the early 2Oth century,Chen Huan-Chang,a Chinese student of American economists such as Clark and Seager,attempted to present Confucian economic thought as a viable form of socialism through his work"Confucian Economics."He proposed a Chinese solution to the contemporary social challenges in the Western world.However,Chen Huan-Chang's"Confucian Economics"simultaneously incorporated the thought of Kang Youwei.The amalgamation of Kang Youwei's ideas,coupled with Chen Huan-Chang's incomplete mastery of them,resulted in"Confucian Economics"merely presenting a reinterpretation of the profound principles of traditional Chinese thought using Western economic concepts through a method of interpreting classical texts.This initial exploration in the construction of Chinese economics through"Confucian Economics"reflects the challenges encountered in the transition from traditional Chinese scholarship to modern knowledge.This immature academic attempt left a series of questions,such as choosing between Chinese or Western education,public or private interests,global or national perspectives,and ideals versus reality.Addressing these questions poses challenges that must be confronted in the subsequent process of constructing Chinese economics.
