摘  要:教育数字化转型正在构建一个全新的教育生态系统,技术成为推动教育创新和提升学习质量的关键力量。智慧国家建设的战略需求、人工智能驱动未来教育变革以及数字化对信息化的持续迭代升级,共同驱动着新加坡教育数字化转型。2023年9月,新加坡颁布《2030年教育科技总体规划》,该规划基于敏捷方法论,提出面向学生、教师、学校和生态网络的全新愿景。为优化教育模式和学习范式,该规划聚焦于四条转型路径:推动人工智能辅助的自适应学习,制定数字素养与技术技能框架,提升教师数字能力以及打造数字化互联的学习环境。新加坡的数字化转型战略彰显出顶层设计、教育体系重塑以及多元主体协同推进的重要性,为学生适应技术驱动的学习未来作好充分准备。The digital transformation of education is building a new educational ecosystem,and technology has become a key force in promoting educational innovation and improving the quality of learning.The strategic needs of building a smart country,the influence of artificial intelligence on future educational changes,and the continuous iteration and upgrading of digitalization to informatization are jointly driving the digital transformation of Singapore's education.In September 2023,Singapore promulgated the"EdTech Masterplan 2030",which is based on agile methodology and proposes a new vision for students,teachers,schools and ecological networks.In order to optimize the education model and learning paradigm,the plan focuses on four transformation paths:promoting artificial intelligence-assisted adaptive learning,formulating a digital literacy and technical skills framework,improving teachers'digital capabilities,and creating a digitally connected learning environment.Singapore's digital transformation strategy highlights the importance of top-level design,reshaping the education system,and the coordinated advancement of multiple subjects,and is for students to be fully prepared to adapt to the technology-driven learning future.
