膀胱尿路上皮癌组织TRPM7、TRPM8表达与临床病理特征和预后的关系分析

摘　　要：目的:探究膀胱尿路上皮癌(BUC)组织瞬时受体电位阳离子通道亚家族M成员7(TRPM7)、瞬时受体电位阳离子通道亚家族M成员8(TRPM8)表达与临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法:选取127例BUC患者并取术中癌组织及癌旁组织。比较癌组织及癌旁组织中TRPM7、TRPM8表达情况,分析癌组织中TRPM7、TRPM8表达与临床病理特征的关系。随访3年,分析不同TRPM7、TRPM8表达患者的预后及预后的影响因素。结果:癌组织TRPM7、TRPM8阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。TRPM7、TRPM8阳性表达患者病理分期T2~T4期、淋巴结转移占比显著高于TRPM7、TRPM8阴性表达患者(P<0.05)。TRPM7、TRPM8阳性表达患者3年生存率显著低于TRPM7、TRPM8阴性表达患者(P<0.05)。淋巴结转移、TRPM7阳性表达、TRPM8阳性表达是BUC患者预后不良的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:BUC组织中TRPM7和TRPM8的阳性表达与病理分期和淋巴结转移密切相关,且TRPM7、TRPM8阳性表达是BUC患者预后不良的独立危险因素。Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily M member 7(TRPM7)and transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily M member 8(TRPM8)in bladder urothelial carcinoma(BUC)and clinicopathological features and prognosis.Methods:127 BUC patients were selected and collect cancer tissues and adjacent tissues during the operation.The expression of TRPM7 and TRPM8 in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were compared,and the relationship between the expression of TRPM7 and TRPM8 in cancer tissues and clinicopathological features was analyzed.Followed up for 3 years,the prognosis of patients and the influencing factors of death with difference TRPM7 and TRPM8 expression were analyzed.Results:The positive expression rates of TRPM7 and TRPM8 in cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The proportion of pathological stage T2~T4,and lymph node metastasis in patients with positive expression of TRPM7 and TRPM8 was significantly higher than that in patients with negative expression of TRPM7 and TRPM8(P<0.05).The 3-year survival rate of patients with positive expression of TRPM7 and TRPM8 was significantly lower than that of patients with negative expression of TRPM7 and TRPM8(P<0.05).lymph node metastasis,TRPM7 positive expression and TRPM8 positive expression were independent risk factors for poor prognosis in BUC patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The positive expression of TRPM7 and TRPM8 in BUC tissues are closely relate to pathological stage,and lymph node metastasis,and the positive expression of TRPM7 and TRPM8 are independent risk factors for poor prognosis in BUC patients.
