摘　　要：目的探讨内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗早期贲门癌的临床效果。方法72例早期贲门癌患者随机分为两组各36例。研究组予以内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗,对照组予以内镜下黏膜切除术治疗。比较两组的手术效果、并发症、生活质量。结果研究组的肿瘤整块切除率、肿瘤切除范围均优于对照组,术后短期并发症发生率低于对照组,生活质量各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗早期贲门癌患者可提高手术切除效果,减少术后短期并发症,提升患者生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic submucosal dissection in the treatment of early gastric cardiac cancer.Methods 72 patients with early gastric cardiac cancer were randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group.The study group was treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection,while the control group was treated with endoscopic mucosal resection.The surgical outcomes,complications,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The whole tumor resection rate and tumor resection range of the study group were better than those of the control group,the incidence of short-term postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of various dimensions of quality of life were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Endoscopic submucosal dissection in the treatment of early gastric cardiac cancer can improve the surgical resection effect,reduce short-term postoperative complications,and enhance the quality of life of patients with early cardiac cancer.
