摘　　要：目的探讨左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)联合腹腔镜下病灶切除术治疗子宫腺肌症(AM)患者的临床效果。方法90例AM患者随机分为两组,对照组行腹腔镜下病灶切除术治疗,观察组行LNG-IUS联合腹腔镜下病灶切除术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗3个月后,观察组的血清E_(2)、FSH、LH水平以及PBAC评分、VAS评分均低于对照组,子宫体积小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论LNG-IUS联合腹腔镜下病灶切除术可明显改善AM患者的卵巢功能,缩小子宫体积,减少月经量,缓解痛经症状。Objective To explore the clinical effect of levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system(LNG-IUS)combined with laparoscopic lesion resection in the treatment of patients with adenomyosis(AM).Methods 90 patients with AM were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with laparoscopic lesion resection,and the observation group was treated with LNG-IUS combined with laparoscopic lesion resection.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,the levels of serum E_(2),FSH and LH,the PBAC score and the VAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the uterine volume was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions LNG-IUS combined with laparoscopic lesion resection can significantly improve the ovarian function of AM patients,reduce uterine volume,reduce menstrual volume and relieve dysmenorrhea symptom.
