摘　　要：目的探讨不同亚型消化不良患者血清神经肽S受体1(NPSR1)、胃动素(MTL)的表达及临床意义。方法80例功能性消化不良患者依照不同亚型分为EPS组26例,PDS组31例,PDS重叠EPS组23例,另选取30名健康者作为对照组。比较四组的血清NPSR1、MTL水平,分析血清NPSR1、MTL单独及联合检测的诊断效能。结果PDS重叠EPS组、EPS组、PDS组、对照组的血清NPSR1水平依次升高,PDS重叠EPS组、PDS组、EPS组、对照组的血清MTL水平依次升高(P<0.05)。ROC曲线显示,血清NPSR1、MTL联合检测诊断功能性消化不良的AUC为0.932,高于各指标单独检测。结论不同亚型功能性消化不良患者的血清NPSR1、MTL表达具有显著差异,血清NPSR1、MTL联合检测诊断功能性消化不良具有较高的效能。Objective To explore the expressions and clinical significance of serum neuropeptide S receptor 1(NPSR1)and motilin(MTL)in patients with different subtypes of functional dyspepsia.Methods 80 patients with functional dyspepsia were divided into EPS group(26 cases),PDS group(31 cases)and PDS overlapping EPS group(23 cases)according to different subtypes,and 30 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The levels of serum NPSR1 and MTL in the four groups were compared,and the diagnostic efficacy of single and combined detection of serum NPSR1 and MTL was analyzed.Results The levels of serum NPSR1 in PDS overlapping EPS group,EPS group,PDS group and control group increased in turn,and the levels of serum MTL in PDS overlapping EPS group,PDS group,EPS group and control group increased in turn(P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the AUC of combined detection of serum NPSR1 and MTL in the diagnosis of functional dyspepsia was 0.932,higher than that of each index alone.Conclusions The expressions of serum NPSR1 and MTL in patients with different subtypes of functional dyspepsia are significantly different.The combined detection of serum NPSR1 and MTL has high efficiency in the diagnosis of functional dyspepsia.
