依折麦布联合奥扎格雷钠对进展性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能及血管内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨依折麦布联合奥扎格雷钠治疗进展性缺血性脑卒中(PIS)的临床效果。方法116例PIS患者随机分为两组。参照组予以奥扎格雷钠治疗,联合组予以依折麦布联合奥扎格雷钠治疗。比较两组的神经功能、血管内皮功能及不良反应。结果治疗14 d后,联合组的NIHSS评分以及血清ET-1水平均低于参照组,血清eNOS、NO水平均高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论依折麦布联合奥扎格雷钠治疗PIS可明显减轻患者的血管内皮功能损伤,改善其神经功能,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ezetimibe combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of progressive ischemic stroke(PIS).Methods 116 patients with PIS were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was treated with ozagrel sodium,and the combined group was treated with ezetimibe combined with ozagrel sodium.The neurological function,vascular endothelial function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 14 days of treatment,the NIHSS score and serum ET-1 level of the combined group were lower than those of the reference group,and the serum eNOS and NO levels were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ezetimibe combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of PIS can significantly reduce the damage of vascular endothelial function and improve the neurological function of patients,with high safety.
