摘 要:目的:采用网络分析方法研究高校附属医院临床教师职业倦怠和压力知觉的网络特征及核心表现,并探讨未来取向应对对该网络的影响。方法:采用线上问卷调查某省高校附属医院临床教师,完成压力知觉量表、职业倦怠量表和未来取向应对量表,最终获有效问卷779份,使用R语言进行网络分析。结果:(1)高校附属医院临床教师的压力知觉与职业倦怠网络结构稳定,“失去控制”和“神经紧张”为核心表现,“情感耗竭”为关键桥接表现;(2)流网络中,未来取向应对中的预先应对与压力知觉-职业倦怠网络有直接联系,而预防应对通过预先应对间接影响压力知觉-职业倦怠网络。结论:高校附属医院临床教师压力知觉与职业倦怠关系紧密,未来取向应对尤其是预先应对对该群体的压力知觉和职业倦怠有积极影响。本研究为预防和干预高校附属医院临床教师压力和职业倦怠提供了靶点,也为该群体的心理健康促进提供了参考。Objective:To study the relationship between perceived stress and burnout of clinical faculty in university affiliated hospitals through network analysis,and to explore the role of future orientation coping on its relationship.Methods:An online questionnaire survey was conducted among clinical faculty in university affiliated hospitals.Perceived stress scale,Maslach burnout inventory and future orientation coping inventory were completed,779 valid questionnaires were collected.The R programming language was used for network analysis.Results:(1)A stable network was emerged between the perceived stress and burnout of clinical faculty in university affiliated hospitals,in which""loss of control"and"nervous tension"were the core nodes,and"emotional exhaustion"was the key bridging node connecting the network of stress perception and burnout.(2)In the flow network,proactive coping was directly connected with the network of perceived stress and burnout,while preventive coping indirectly connected with the perceived stress-burnout network via proactive coping.Conclusion:The perceived stress is closely associated with burnout among clinical faculty of university affiliated hospitals,and the future orientation coping,especially the proactive coping,has a positive impact on the relationship between perceived stress and burnout.This study provides a target for the prevention and intervention of stress and burnout among clinical faculty in university affiliated hospitals,also provides a guideline for promoting mental health of clinical faculty in universityaffiliatedhospitals.
