摘 要:目的:探讨积极冒险经历与大学生抑郁的关系以及自主性和自尊在其中的链式中介作用。方法:采用冒险行为自我报告量表、自主性量表、自尊量表以及16项抑郁症状快速自评量表,对939名大学生进行调查。结果:(1)积极冒险经历可以负向预测大学生抑郁;(2)自主性和自尊在积极冒险经历与大学生抑郁之间分别起单独中介和链式中介作用。结论:积极冒险经历有助于缓解大学生抑郁情绪,自主性和自尊在其中起“桥梁”作用。Objective:To explore the relationship between positive risk-taking experiences and depression among college students and the serial mediating role of autonomy and self-esteem in it.Methods:939 college students were investigated by using the positive risk-taking scale,the adolescent autonomy scale,the self-esteem scale and 16-item quick inventory of depressive symptomatology self-report.Results:(1)Positive risk-taking experiences negatively predicted depression in college students;(2)Autonomy and self-esteem played separate and chain mediating roles in the relationship between positive risk-taking experiences and depression,respectively.Conclusion:Positive risk-taking experiences can contribute to alleviating depression among college students,with autonomy and self-esteem playing important roles.
