摘 要:以船舶防撞设计为研究背景,设计了船舶气囊防撞系统,开展了配备气囊防撞装置的船体结构碰撞仿真分析,揭示了气囊吸能防撞机理,讨论了不同参数对气囊防撞性能的影响。结果显示:随着撞击船速度的增加、撞击角度的增大和吨位的提高,被撞船的结构损伤增大。由气囊不同参数对耐撞性能的影响分析可知,气囊弹性模量和排气孔面积对其耐撞性能的影响较为明显,而初始内压对于气囊耐撞性能的影响不明显。Based on the research background of ship anti-collision design,this paper designs a ship airbag anticollision system,establishes collision simulation technology of hull structure equipped with airbag anticollision device,reveals the energy absorption and anti-collision mechanism of the airbag,and systematically discusses the influence of various parameters on the anti-collision performance of airbags.The results show that with the increase of the speed,impact angle,and tonnage of the collision ship,structural damage of the impacted ship becomes larger.The influence of elastic modulus,vent area,and exhaust threshold on the crashworthiness is significant,and there is a suitable range of parameters,while the influence of initial internal pressure on crashworthiness is not obvious.
