摘　　要：下丘脑综合征是由于多种原因所致的下丘脑损伤引起的罕见疾病。其病因复杂,临床表现多样。本文报道1例表现为反复发热伴低钠血症,病史12年的下丘脑综合征患者。通过本临床病例和相关文献分析,希望提高临床医生对下丘脑综合征的认识。Hypothalamic syndrome is a rare condition resulting from damage to the hypothalamus,which can occur due to various etiological factors.The etiology of this syndrome is complex,and its clinical manifestations are diverse.In this report,we present a case of hypothalamic syndrome characterized by recurrent fever and hyponatremia over a duration of 12 years.By analyzing this clinical case alongside relevant literature,we aim to enhance clinicians'understanding of hypothalamic syndrome.
