摘　　要：夏商以来从公天下到私天下的历史大变革,促使道家、儒家、墨家以及法家等学派著书立说,其中,道家注重天之自然,人法天而尚公;儒家注重天之道德义,天之公决定了人之公,公之极处则为仁;墨家效法天道之公正无私,力求做到兼爱、尚同;法家力主把天的公正无私转化为人间的规范和秩序。天下为公所蕴含的天人关系中的大公无私、公平正义等价值观念,逐渐转变为天下之公、国家之公和社会之公的理想建构。天下为公已经内化为中国人的价值追求,成为中华民族的精神标识。马克思主义中国化时代化拓展着天下为公的丰富内涵,中国共产党始终坚持天下为公的精神品质和人民立场,并且把这一精神理念渗透到中国式现代化建设的各个层面,致力于推动实现世界各国人民的共同梦想。During the Xia and Shang Dynasty,the historical transformation from the public world to the private world prompted Taoism,Confucianism,Mohism and Legalism to write books,in which Taoism paid attention to the nature of heaven,while Confucianism distinguished the natural world from the moral world,and advocated"being devoted,knowledgeable and knowledgeable"through moral cultivation,while Mohism imitated the justice and selflessness of heaven,striving to achieve universal love(Jian'ai)and identification with the superior(Shangtong),and Legalism urged the transformation of the justice and selflessness of heaven into the human world.The World Belongs to All(Tianxia Weigong)contains the values of selflessness,fairness and justice in the relationship between heaven and man,and has gradually transformed into the ideal construction of serving the world,the country and the society.The World Belongs to All(Tianxia Weigong)has become the value pursuit of China people and the spiritual symbol of the Chinese nation.The modernization of Marxism in China has expanded the rich connotation of serving the public in the world.the Communist Party of China(CPC)has always adhered to the spiritual quality and people's position of serving the public in the world,and has infiltrated this spiritual concept into all levels of Chinese modernization,and is committed to promoting the realization of the common dream of people all over the world.
